The wording seems far too general. Does this apply even to a site with only 3 or 4 pages? How about a site consisting of a single page?

Proposed Change:
Clarify *when* this applies (and no *arbitrary* numbers of pages, please, unless the wording makes it clear it\'s only an arbitrary figure)
