Main sggestions from todays call and minuets

The main suggestions from the Joint COGA SVG call were:

1.Gather examples of good and bad practice and different issues
2. Identify the goals. 
3. Define and understand the user experience and what it needs to be. 
3. identify the semantics we need to support this, 
4 how the user communicates their need

Next steps is to discuss timeliness and how to work together.
Also define the extend that the earlier steps are addressed by our existing documents such as
