suggested schedule

Hi Folks
Based on the proposed next steps(see http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-cognitive-a11y-tf/2014Oct/0030.html) here is my proposed schedule.
Get the work we have done on the user groups publish ready for the first working draft. 
      content finished:27th September (This will include a new introduction and the cognitive-functions table )
      review changes: 3rd November
Putting together a first draft of techniques  10th november
Putting together a first draft of key issue papers about specific areas that need special consideration, such as: security and capture (draft by John), online payments, providing help, interruptions, interoperable symbols: 24th Nov
First editors draft of Gap Analysis on key use cases and introduction: 15th December
