Hi,

The Content Transformation namespace was reserved.

The final URI is the shortest possible one:
   http://www.w3.org/ns/ct

The URI points to a generic page that basically links back to the 
published version of the Content Transformation Guidelines document.

Current draft will have to be slightly updated to reflect this new URI.
