In light of the fact that CTTF is supposed to operate in public, should
the password protection on links [1] and [3] be removed?

Hello Everyone

In Andrew's absence I have taken it upon myself to update his earlier
draft with the additional items that were noted at the face to face. I
have also moved things around a bit. You'll find this draft at [1]. 

It's linked from the CT Home Page [2] and it in turn provides a link to
a reformatted (but textually identical) version of Andrew's original
draft. 

Either way, for comparison purposes that version is at [3]. Please feel
free to make comments on this list - for discussion on Tuesday's call
per the agenda [4].
