I chased this down based on the following reference, from our old
JustSayHTTP paper:

 http://animechecker.sourceforge.net/

Here's an example I found on the web:

 http://www.fileserve.com/file/xHMMx5Y/[Mazui]_Ore_No_Imouto_-_09_[A38AFFE2].mkv

That string in brackets is a checksum on the results of a GET to that
URI.  That constitutes a promise to be a FixedResource, I guess.
