A few of us in the informal AWWSW group (see [1]  ) have looked at the
"HTTP Vocabulary in RDF" draft [2] and had some comments, which are at
[3]. Although they are not timely I hope they will be of some use to
you.

It is my understanding that [2] is a syntactic model of HTTP requests
and responses. We are attempting something a bit different, namely a
semantic model of requests and responses - when you send one, what do
you mean to say? In particular, what might you be saying about the
resource named by the request URI? This questions grows out of
longstanding debates over web architecture and the relation of the
"semantic web" to the web.
