Re: VSS/Vehicle data consideration

Colleagues,

Please see attached the updated spreadsheet with the added signals. For
some signals I chose a different structure in the tree. I also added some
additional signals that seemed logical.

Background colors:

   - Green - added signals and attributes
   - Yellow - restructured existing signals and attributes
   - Red - not added at this point (more clarification needed)
