Is there any possibility that we could get a calendar feed, like Olivier used to maintain? Would be helpful to keep up to date about when telecons are scheduled.

Hi, Audio WG–

As you may know, Zakim is being retired this month, and W3C is transitioning to WebEx.

I've now scheduled a weekly WebEx session for the Audio WG, starting next week, with the following details:

You can either phone in using the meeting code, or you can connect via your browser using your computer speakers and mic.

Because this is a bit more complicated than Zakim, I suggest that we send these details every time we send out an agenda.

Note that we still keep minutes in IRC.

Because there is no longer IRC integration, we need to ask everyone to manually enter their presence in IRC, i.e. "present+ shepazu".

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Regards–
–Doug
