[agenda] Audio WG teleconference, 2014-10-16

Dear Group,

Our next teleconference will be Thursday 18th June 2015 at Noon Boston time.

We are changing the meeting agendas to allow us to concentrate our time on resolving issues before TPAC 2015. Although we have an hour scheduled we may not use it all and the time can be used by group members to work on issues assigned to them.

Please see the bottom of this mail for meeting logistics – note we will be using Webex rather than Zakim.

Agenda for this call shall be:

* Progress review – from previous meeting
* Review issues raised since last meeting
* Review issues marked as needing "working group review"
* Open item for discussion of problems with assigned issues[1]
* Date of next meeting

[1] - This agenda item should be used to highlight anything that is stopping you from resolving an assigned issue, or for participants to bring something to the groups attention that needs discussion.

You can either phone in using the meeting code, or you can connect via
your browser using your computer speakers and mic.

Because this is a bit more complicated than Zakim, I suggest that we
send these details every time we send out an agenda.

Note that we still keep minutes in IRC.

Because there is no longer IRC integration, we need to ask everyone to
manually enter their presence in IRC, i.e. "present+ shepazu".
