Re: Market Development for "Web MIDI"

I started an issue thread here:

Then made a quick svg out of the existing MIDI logo (with "WEB" added to
the top):

I'm not sure if it's okay to add a "logo" folder to that repo though (if
working drafts need to be in a certain format for a build tool- i.e. only
being allowed to contain an index.html and a README, etc)...

I'm also not a designer, so this isn't very good.  I'll try to find some of
the compliance test suites and add them to the README.

Might also want to try to get logo ideas pasted in the github issue (though
that might get unwieldy).
