From: <bugzilla@jessica.w3.org>

Message-ID: <bug-19561-5429@http.www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/>

          Priority: P2
            Bug ID: 19561
          Assignee: crogers@google.com
           Summary: WaveTable is poorly named
        QA Contact: public-audio@w3.org
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: crogers@google.com
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: Web Audio API
           Product: AudioWG

It's been pointed out off-list that the WaveTable name is poor, since this name
has other connotations involving synthesis techniques which sweep through
through multiple waves:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wavetable_synthesis

Suggested renaming is:
WaveTable -> PeriodicWave
