Hi,

Thanks for the update on ATAG.  I have only one comment, and it may be about
the document's structure.  I notice that the first of the 2 main sections is
about the accessibility of authoring tools.  This may lead the casual reader
to conclude that ATAG's main purpose is to guarantee accessibility to web
developers with disabilities, and only secondarily to facilitate the
creation of accessible content.  I certainly support accessibility standards
for applications, but I urge you to emphasize the accessible web content
creation role by putting that first.
