Sanity check/clarification re Action-2071 (Presentational children) from Joanmarie Diggs on 2016-06-02 (public-aria@w3.org from June 2016)

Hey all.

I have an action (2071) due today to make the changes related to
presentational children agreed upon (or not objected to) during the CfC.
I also see an ongoing thread about children of some of the roles. Should
I conclude that the current discussion does not impact the CfC and
proceed to make the changes within the master branch of the ARIA spec?
Or should I hold off a bit longer?
