[XBL] Request for Extension of LC Period

Hi-

I would like to request an extension of the XBL2 LC period.  I apologize 
for the inconvenience, but I suspect many people have been very busy 
with recent W3C activities (several of the SVG WG, for example), and for 
my own part, I have had (and will have) tight work schedules leading up 
to the holidays.

I think that on the whole, the specification is technically sound (if 
terse), and does not need substantial revision.  However, I would like 
the opportunity for myself and particularly those who invested time in 
the sXBL specification to give a thorough review.

I think that mid to late January would provide ample time for this, and 
would not unduly delay the specification.
