Seems like the problem was that I had the close the stream that the 
channel used for creating a new file before the RDF store interface 
could read the file. (In version 0.2.2, the new file existed but I had 
to close firefox and start again to be able to load it.)

I put up a new version 0.2.3. and this works for me now.  Let me know if 
there are still problems.
