@gsergiu, I also commented #112 but I have a different conclusion than you. I think you're confused. Motivation values are controlled terms with a well-defined semantics. Practically, there are ```skos:Concept``` defined in a concept scheme, see http://www.w3.org/ns/oa#namedindividuals for the formal definition. Motivations are not tags! How did you come to this conclusion?
