ALReq Weekly Meeting, December 12, 2017: Agenda and Details

Next weekly teleconference meeting of ALReq working group will be held on
Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 16:00 UTC. See [1] for your local time.


Agenda
======

Preliminary agenda items for this meeting are as follows:

– Status review of action items [2].
– Review of GitHub pull requests and issues [3].

– Extending the TF for at least six more months. (Shervin)

– Proposal to change the meeting schedules from weekly to bi-weekly.
(Shervin)
    (And no drafting matter to be discussed = no meeting.)

– Focusing specifically to get the document to FPWD. (Shervin)
    (Needed actions to be decided. Related subjects which are not
immediately affecting our path towards FPWD could of course be noted as a
todo for future.)

=======

Collecting minutes during the meeting and agenda and queue control
would be done with the assistance of IRC bots. See [5] and [6]
regarding usage of IRC bots.

GitHub IRC bot will be reporting repository activities on the IRC in
realtime.
