Just to close the loop from the IETF perspective -- the
IAB reviewed the issues/text on behalf of the IETF, and
did not change its position that: comments here are outside
the scope of the PSO charter to focus on technical work.
Vlad, if you are to act as the forwarder of ETSI's
remarks, please make sure it is understood that they are
the product of ETSI's considered opinion, and not a
statement of the PSO in any way.
