Will http://dev.chromium.org/spdy/spdy-protocol/spdy-protocol-draft2#TOC-Server-Advertisement-of-SPDY-through-the-HTTP-Alternate-Protocol-header
do for now? I'd like to reiterate though that I'd rather people just
use the TLS WG mechanism, whatever it is :)
