Adopted most of this, see

I believe this is a good starting point; with this we can simplify the 
individual status descriptions.

The one thing I did not adopt is

> When redirection results in a new URI, user agents MUST NOT automatically make a request to it UNLESS the request method to be used is safe (Section 7.1.1).
