AFAIK that's about TLDs with no-nonsense IDN policies,
not about cookies.  If you want no IDN display you 
can enable network.IDN_show_punycode globally.

If you want no third party cookies FF makes this more
interesting, try network.cookie.cookieBehavior 1.

I fear you have to check this after each update, with
IE6 "no third party cookies" was simpler.  It should
be the default, of course, but... <sigh />  See also

But don't believe this without checking what happens,
the FAQ can be obsolete, and never underestimate the
criminal energy of the tracker industry.
