OPTIONS on a non-existent resource.

From 9.2:

Does it imply that OPTIONS on 
http://www.example.com/this/resource/does/not/exist will return a 404? Or 
am I wrong? :)

It might be ok to create it using PUT, but it is more a property of the 
existing container in the URI path rather than the property of a non 
existent resource.
