can you PUT and POST cookies too?

Now I understand what Marc's point was (I didn't before; I saw the
example but I didn't notice that the requests were HEAD requests, and
thought it was something more obscure.)

I think the draft should say something about cookies and head and
other methods, too. Can you send and set cookies with POST, PUT,
OPTIONS, DELETE? Or just GET and HEAD?
