Hmmm, while this is an interesting recollection of events, it should
be noted that all of the things we talked about were provisional -- they
assume that at least one of us will propose each change to the WG
on the mailing list, and there is no guarantee that what we agreed to
in principle will still be agreeable when put in writing.  The editorial
group does not plan on making any non-typo changes without first
proposing them on the list WITH AN EXPLICIT SET OF DIFFS.  That applies
to anyone with a proposed change.
