502 result code

I have been discussing the addition of the 502 (Server too busy) status
code with Aleks Totic and Rob McCool at MCom. I have plans to add support
for this result code to the next release of MacHTTP and would like to get
some guidance on the semantics (and syntax) involved. Is there anything
more substantial on this subject other than the IETF HTTP Draft (which says
502 is TBD)?
