(no subject)

Hi,

Two strange things...

First, there must be some mistake below, which appears to be from
Alain LaBonté message:

	...
	also added last summer the uppercase and lowercase Z CARON of
	Finnish.

	The two S CARON of Finnish were already there, ...
	...

Finnish language does not use those characters. If this is information
is extracted from some standards paper, and not just a slip in the
message, some urgent fix is needed somewhere.

Secondly, the mail appeared with "broken" From-line

	From: ~ned+charsets-errors@sigurd.innosoft.com

I'am only guessing that it came from ietf-charsets@innosoft.com
