list proceedure

Hello;

  I'm not up on the protocol for these lists.  If someone could point me 
in the right direction for information. 

  Is there a way to view archives on this list?

  I just downloaded htmltidy a few minutes ago and now have it running 
via command line on my RedHat9 linux home system.  I'm trying to convert 
my html pages to xhtml and am managing to do some stuff already.  But 
things like a GUI front end would be helpful.
