Allowing / Disallowing Attributes

I want to disallow certain attribute names from all tags, such as
"listener". i.e.:

 

<input listener="ognl:listeners.ok">

 

How can I get HTMLTidy to do this? I want to have it check for clean
HTML on CVS check-in.
