how can i recompile tidy windows source to linux ?

I have downloaded Tidy source for windows.
Now i need to port it to Linux. ( Redhat linux/ gcc compiler )
what changes should i apply for this to work .
I do notices some hash defines at platform.h, but dont know how to set 
options for that
