A newline and 6 extra spaces from Tidy version 4-Aug-00
using the RISC OS port and the Win32 .exe. Attached are
my config.txt, order.html the un-tidy'ed source and ord.htm
showing the extra whitespace.
It may be SGML compliant but I was unable to find a browser
that would not use the newline and spaces as initial values
for the textarea.
I reported this nuisance in Dec last year but did not provoke
such a stir.
