Hi,

   digging through feature requests, someone reported problems with
<% ... %> constructs. I fed tidy with

  <p><% some cool = yes; never ending() + dream; %></p>

and got only a warning about the missing title element. Tidy should
either stop recognizing this or, if there is a config option that
enables this, set this option to false; tidy should be as strict as
possible if the user doesn't request another behaivour.
