Request: making tidy quiet

   I suggest some modifications, that enforce HTML Tidy to be real
quite. First, in tidy.c GeneralInfo() should only be called, if !Quiet,
further, there should be a global variable ShowError and a command line
option --show-error to indicate if Tidy should complain about errors.
This option should be queryed before any noise is generated.
