Hi all

In an effort to help move this along  I have created a version of the
editing API spec in the W3C space
http://dev.w3.org/html5/editing-api/Overview.html am happy to help maintain
it if needed. I am equally happy to remove it or have it removed if it is
deemed unhelpful.
