DCAT relies on the SPDX vocabulary to specify checksums, as well as the algorithms used: https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#Property:checksum_algorithm Indicating the security level of a hash algorithm is something that we have not considered in the scope of DCAT.
