@rob-metalinkage I come across this sort of compound document quite often, such as [STATS21](https://www.transport.gov.scot/media/13222/stats21_scottish_2011_.pdf) where there is mixed contents and different audiences: this doc has procedural, interface and data schema and constraint aspects. The different levels of interoperability (Legal; Procedural; Semantic) are all there.
