I want to define an element called "Properties" so that it can have any attributes

and any elements.    


I thought this was a pretty simple thing, but am having zero luck.

Yes I read the primer.  Maybe I have just been staring at this stuff too long. :-)

Maybe I am just missing something obvious? 


Any clues?
