C & A was the first company in the world to develop a Time Stamping Authority that was evaluated ITSEC E2 HIGH by IMQ-Milan in July 2000.

EAL 3 + SOF HIGH evaluation under Common Criteria scheme is planned next July 2002.

The first purpose of this public non-commercial service is to test RFC 3161 while the second mission is to test the interoperability with other tsp applications.

Two different interfaces are provided by our on-line TSA Server:

	You have to POST a time stamp request wrapped into an application/timestamp-query MIME object at the above url.

	tcp at 195.223.2.6, port 3318

The root certificate belonging to the Certification Authority that signed the TSA certificate can be downloaded from here.

The identifier for the policy supported by this TSA Server is:
