Is there a new html checker? I am still back on 4.01. I am not dead. Has HTML 4.01/3.2 been murdered?

I have a big website. People use it, including to study one of the most important documents in Western Civilization. For well over a decade I have validated EVERY page with the old validator. They

All pass. I take pride in this accomplishment, and in the honorableness of HTML 4.01./3.2!

Have my doctypes been illegal all these years? The old validator seemed to accept them, hundreds of times.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

How can I get the old validator?

Please do not murder HTML 4.01 and3.2! Quality endures, even if not in Cyberia!

I sincerely apologize to you and beg your forgiveness if I have made a grievous mistake with good intentions here. I am 74 years old. I programmed COBOL on Hollerith cards. I did SGML. I do not do HTML 5.

I think I even gave you folks a small contribution a couple of months ago in appreciation for the HUNDREDS of times I validated my pages with the old validator. Did I give a gift to my hit man?

Thank you much for any help you can provide to me. If you tell me HTML 4.01/3.2 has been thrown in an unmarked mass grave, I will accept this and mourn it.
