I read this Section 508 piece.  Could you be more clear about how this
might be a violation.  You see DELL has won a huge bid to control NYC
School purchasing, inventory and sales 

http://www.managedservices.nycenet.edu/  I have grave concerns that
they are not being fair to other vendors by forcing someone like me to
use a browser that is only supported  on a platform that they sell.
