Subject: W3 and Oracle

At CERN there is a doc that refers to some stuff that Tim and another
person did that was the beginnings of a server to an Oracle database.
Has anyone messed around with it at all.  How would one write a document
to specify the query for the HTOracle server to use?  Any help is appreciated.
