I'm writing to you now to ask for help on
"conference promotion".
I think I have done a good promotion among Spanish
speaking communities (lists, links interchange, specialised journals, and so
on)... but I'm not sure if I could do it in a correct way to the International
community.
Then, I want to ask you please for help on sending
information to your influence groups that could be interested on DC-2005. It is
important to do it before 15 July, when we have established special prices for
early birds registration, as well as promoting the possibility for students to
attend in lower registration prices [1].
I guess our best way to make diffusion of the
conference is our program itself [2] but I think the chairs of Special Sessions
and WG could look for other ways to promote their activities to persuade
special communities who could join us in September.
