The w3c is great, but not Buckingham palace :-)

As it seems, someone must have written someplace that www-lib@w3.org
is the Lady Di's hommage list :-)
To avoid clustering our Mailboxes and forcing our delete finger, I've
temporarily closed foreign submissions to the list. That is, you
may only post to www-lib if you're subscribed to it. Subscription is
still open to everyone.
I'll open the publi access again in one week. I hope that in that time
people may found a more appropriate list for those messages.
