There is an active proposal for these deliverables to be adopted into a
WHATWG workstream which I believe would satisfy the TAG's concerns about
participation: https://github.com/whatwg/sg/pull/264
If that proposal is rejected and the WebApps WG lacks capacity, the DAS WG
seems to be the only group willing to adopt this work.I acknowledge the
TAG's concerns but I'm not sure what alternative exists other than
chartering a new WG specifically for these deliverables or leaving them in
incubation despite interest from multiple implementors.
