This GPG signed email message conforms to RFC 2015 
       MIME Security with Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) 

Some versions of Microsoft Outlook forces it's users to open 
PGP MIME email in another application, like Notepad, unless 
the mail contains multiple parts... this attachment exists 
to make Outlook users life easier...
