Re: CFC - Publish new draft of WCAG-EM

Additional note: I think the section 4.3.2 Step 3.2: "Include a randomly 
selected sample set" would benefit from an additional note that explains 
that if the random method picks a page that is basically identical to a 
page already in the sample, the process might be repeated, and if 
repeatedly no new pages are identified that are not already essentially 
covered by the manual sample, this step can be skipped / considered 
redundant.
