Hello,

My name is Caleb Watson and I recently joined the EOWG because I have a passion for making highly usable software and want to contribute to the community.

Currently I work at Visa as the Director of UX Engineering inside the bigger Visa User Experience group. My team builds user interfaces, SPAs (single page applications) and component libraries for internal and external websites and applications across the company. We also built and maintain the technology that powers Visa's Global Accessibility Guidelines portal and online training and provide A11y SME advising to product development teams.

In the past as a UI/UX Developer at various companies, I have built software for web, mobile, and desktop in many different technologies – always with a focus on great user experience and accessibility.
