The following is a list of upcoming technology conferences that may be appropriate outlets for web accessibility outreach efforts. Individuals involved in WAI activities are encouraged to participate in these conferences. Technology conferences such as these often provide multiple opportunities to participate including;

Plenary sessions, which are open to all conference attendees, provide a great opportunity for increasing accessibility awareness.
Workshops or tutorials provide attendees with in-depth knowledge on accessible design.
Panel sessions provide an opportunity for a group of individuals to present multiple perspectives on accessible design.
Exhibit booths provide opportunities for one-on-one interactions and information dissemination
Paper sessions provide an opportunity for presenters to describe on-going research, practice or policy activities related to accessibility.
Birds of a Feather (BOF's) provide an informal setting for discussions on accessible design.
