Additional Information :
Technically, it seems appropriate for ATAG Techniques to reference ISO SAGV3.1; however,the
availability of this document for general use may be an issue. The document is available online.
Are there any W3C process/other issues with referencing an IBM document like this? Also, does
IBMV3.1 have sufficient scope and depth to make it the only reference for ATAG?
NOTE: In terms of techniques for Checkpoints 1.2 to 1.5, the current text looks fine - no major changes.
