10: Solicit RDF Core input into future XML Schema WG work

   The (Member-confidential hence sketchily described here)
   XML Schema WG charter is being revisited. This is an opportunity 
   for members of this group to review that work in progress, 
   particularly in the light of RDF's relationship with XML and 
   with XML schema technology.
